RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your item, we would be very happy to accept a return. Please read our return procedure and policies below: 

Procedure

  • If you would like to return an item please get in contact with us within 7 days of receiving the item, either via our Instagram account or via our contact form which can be both found in our Home page.

  • The return address will be provided by us.

  • Once your return is received in its original condition, we will process a partial or full refund via the original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 30 working days to show up in your bank transactions.

Policies

  • The items must be unworn and in their original condition as received.

  • For hygiene purposes we are unable to accept the return of earrings.

  • Postage for the return needs to be paid by yourself.

  • We are not responsible for any lost packages, therefore when returning items for any reason, please ensure you pay for tracked/registered postage. 

  • Please contact us within 7 days upon delivery of the item.

Please reuse and recycle any packaging to return your order! We try to keep it planet friendly 😊

Undelivered or Lost Items

  • We post most of our orders with tracked postage, meaning that we will be able to see where and when the order was delivered. If in the tracking history of the order we see that it has been lost or undelivered, the order will be refunded fully within 2 weeks of postage. 

  • If on the other hand the tracking information shows that the order has been delivered and collected, we will need to submit a form with MaltaPost in order to investigate the exact address of where the order was delivered and signed for. If the address of the delivery matches the address of the client, we will not take any action. If the address of the delivery is different, we will take full responsibility and issue a refund as well as a compensation. Lost or stolen orders take time to settle since this investigation is not done by ourselves, however if no resolution is found within 1 month of the purchase, we will issue a full refund and a compensation.
